This research thesis pursued to find examine the factors influencing the share prices of Capricorn Group, a company listed on the Namibian Stock Exchange. The independent variables were dividend yield, return on Assets, asset growth and earnings per share. The population was 1 company listed on the Namibian Stock Exchange namely: Capricorn group. positive approach method was used in this study. This study used secondary data obtained from annual reports and financial statements of the Capricorn Group listed in NSX site for the period of 2016-2020. The data collected was analyzed using Microsoft Excel data analysis tool. To determine the factors influencing share price of Capricorn Group listed at the Namibian Stock Exchange, regression analysis was carried out.The study concludes that dividend yield, earning per share, asset growth and Return on Assets influenced share prices. All of the variables affecting share prices influenced it positively. The study concludes that the Multiple R for dividend yield was 0.1822, meaning that dividend yield positively and significantly influenced the share price of Capricorn Group among firms listed at the Namibia Stock exchange. The study also concludes that the multiple R for ROA was 0.717, meaning that inflation rate positively and significantly influenced the share price of Capricorn Group among firms listed on the Namibia Stockexchange. The study concludes that the multiple R of asset growth was 0.883, meaning that asset growth positively and significantly influenced the share price of the Capricorn Group, a company listed on the Namibia Stock ExchangeFinally, the multiple R of Earning per share was found to be 0.058, this means that earning per share positively and significantly influence share of Capricorn Group among firms listed on the Namibia Stock exchange.
